What an association gets
All of it already runs in the first association on real data — features in daily use, not plans.
Interactive plot map
The surveyor's own drawing: select plots with the mouse, build a list, reveal the e-mails behind a selection in one click. Layers show who is in arrears, where people live, which plots are houses and which are gardens. No personal data on the map itself.
Plot and member register
Plot, address, cadastral id, area, use, resident count, owners with their registry shares and membership dates. CSV export and import — work in a spreadsheet if that suits you better.
Arrears
One figure the treasurer states, with the date and what it is made of. A map layer shows who owes; a member sees only their own. The platform handles no money — no invoices, no payments.
Meetings with a live quorum
Attendance and a quorum counted the way the law requires: members, more than half, and the member count frozen on the day of the meeting.
Chat and members' ads
One common room per association, and small ads — for sale, wanted, services. Only signed-in members of that association can see them, and the board approves the ads.
Documents and pages
Statutes, minutes and reports with access levels. An old website is migrated with its old links still working, so members lose nothing.
Questions per plot
Targeted questions ("would you connect to fibre?") with answers tied to a plot and coloured on the map. A member answers, or the chair records what arrived by phone.
Requests and corrections
Members report roads, water and waste, and propose corrections to their own plot data. The board decides — the register does not change until someone does.
Activity log
Who changed what and when, in dated files, with no passwords and no ballot choices. A dispute about the data has something to stand on.
Proven in a real association
SB "Statyba" in Vilnius runs on this with real data. Every other association gets the same, already-tested path.
- The map is built from the surveyor's DWG: boundaries are exact and the numbers come from the drawing itself, not traced by hand.
- Your Excel file is brought across by one command — plots, owners, contacts, membership, arrears. It shows what it would do before writing anything.
- Personal data is encrypted in the database, each association has its own database, two-factor sign-in is mandatory, and the privacy notice is generated in your association's name.
- The chair and the board see the register; members see their own data and whatever neighbours chose to share. Nothing about members is public.
